An Incredible Month Of Hiking and Weight Loss

I had a fantastic month of weight loss in March due to the combination of long, difficult hikes and a diet that consisted primarily of bacon.  I've discovered that eating six meals a day—about two pounds of bacon per day—and drinking two ounces of vodka during each meal is the secret  to quick and lasting weight loss.  Hiking up to 40 miles a day also burns the over 4800 calories I've been consuming.  I can only hope that April goes as well.  I've never felt better.

When I'm done with this I just may write a book about it.
